Whilst we aim for orders to ship within two working days please be aware that this could sometimes be between 3-5 working days.

Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped via DPD Next Day service. Orders after that time will be sent out the following working day. If your order is placed on Friday after 3pm, it will be sent out on Monday.

DreamersClub.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all undamaged items within 14 days of the order date. Insure item/s are void of any odours, folded and packaged neatly.

We recommend to purchase the individual pieces if you are after specific items. Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns. Our delivery surcharge is NON refundable.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days. DreamersClub Ltd will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
